Developers need to pay fair share
What would be the best way to describe our high water and sewer costs? It seems that the city officials and developers take our hard earned money and expand the development of the sewer plant to benefit the developers of houses by raising our high water and sewer costs. Then the developers get the satisfaction and make high profit and leave town. It is not practical to be able to enjoy growing a garden or watering your lawn at these high rates, it is time to cut all these rates by half. The developers need to start paying their fair share!
