Creative design studio Laxalt & McIver is rebranding to Commence Studio, effective April 2. Headquartered in Reno, Commence Studio “will continue designing for brands and creating products, experiences and ecommerce websites with the same creative edge for which it has already developed a deep level of recognition,” according to a March 30 press release. Its offices will remain at 700 E. 4th St., Ste. B. "We strive to live and do better by example and through the work we produce in the world. We have a purpose to live up to, and a responsibility to make sustainable brands and products for a better tomorrow," Matthew McIver, Commence Studio CEO, said in a statement. "We are doing this after a culmination of years of experience as expert brand builders, packaging designers, developers and creators.
