Reno beauty salon Jensen & Co. recently purchased its property at 123 Mount Rose St.
Nevada State Development Corporation facilitated financing for the $630,582 transaction in conjunction with Heritage Bank of Nevada, according to a July 26 press release.
“We are planning to grow the company strategically in several ways, and this purchase is a key step in achieving those goals,” Brian Jensen, co-owner of Jensen & Co., with Jeromy Manke, said in a statement. “The most immediate impact will come from additional foot traffic at the Mount Rose Street location, which will play a major role in growing our client base.”
As a full-service beauty salon, Jensen & Co. provides hair, nail, skin and other beauty services.
“We are very pleased and excited for Brian, Jeromy and the entire team at Jensen & Co.,” Sandy Gordon, vice president/business development officer with NSDC, said in a statement. “Taking the opportunity to purchase your own building is one of the most positive moves any small business can make, and we believe this will pay big dividends in the future for the salon.”
