Starting at $549,990, homes now for sale at Cross Creek in Carson City

Homes are now for sale in the Lompa Ranch master planned community in Carson City.
Located on Saliman Road on Lompa Ranch, Cross Creek has opened an onsite sales office to guide potential homebuyers through the 197-home community.
Five floor plans ranging in size from approximately 1,800 to 2,900 square feet are available, according to a press release from Ryder Homes.
Prices start in the mid-$500,000s with upgrades and customization options available. According to the Cross Creek website, the largest floor plan (4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms) starts at $649,990.
Ryder Homes also is offering a $5,000 credit toward design-center upgrades for the first homebuyers in the community. “With the market experiencing inventory challenges throughout Northern Nevada, we’re excited to announce the release of our first new homes for sale in Carson City in over 20 years,” Steve Thomsen, vice president and general manager for Ryder Homes, said in a statement. Cross Creek, which broke ground in June, is located in the Lompa Ranch master planned community, a 400-plus acre site located to the south and east of Carson High School.
