United Federal Credit Union on Dec. 10 announced the appointment of Stefan Dammen to the role of Commercial Loan Officer in Reno. In the role, Dammen is responsible for providing quality business lending expertise through financial counseling and product awareness to credit union members regarding their business financing needs and generates investment quality business loans by taking loan applications in support of loan growth objectives, according to a Dec. 10 press release.
Dammen brings more than nine years of financial and banking experience, including four years of experience in Reno, to the role. He has been with United since 2017 serving as a Member Service Advisor, in which he utilized his knowledge of United’s products and regulations to grow client relations. Dammen has a Bachelor of Arts in economics and finance from the University of Dallas. He is looking forward to continuing to support United’s community partners in Northern Nevada, including United Way of Northern Nevada and the Sierra and the Boys and Girls Club of Truckee Meadows.
