The Reno+Sparks Chamber of Commerce on March 5 hosted a socially distanced ribbon cutting ceremony for Ballpark Lane Executive Offices, marking the property’s first month of business. The executive Class A office space occupies 15,000 square feet on the 15th floor of the Basin Street Properties-owned building at 300 E. 2nd St. that’s home to Clear Capital and LP Insurance Services, among other companies. On the 15th floor, Ballpark Lane Executive Offices offers 34 suites of varying sizes, in addition to large and small conference rooms, according to a March 5 press release; all offices are equipped with multiple hand sanitizing stations and are COVID-compliant. “Leaders of all industries are looking for ways to restore their work-life balance through dedicated workspace, while still being mindful of safety concerns,” Kristine Brown, Director of Member Engagement for the Chamber, said in a statement. “I applaud Ballpark Lane for offering leaders and their organizations the best of both worlds.” Ballpark Lane is currently pre-leasing and offering tours by appointment; go to ballparklaneoffices.com to learn more.
