Alston Construction Senior Vice President Matt Clafton recently announced Jason Powell has
joined the company as project manager.
Powell has more than 27 years of experience in the construction industry and project management, according to an Alston press release.
Powell most recently served as chief operating officer and partner for a Truckee-based construction company PRD Construction; there, he was responsible for estimating, budgeting, planning, project management, construction design services and completion of $20 million in total construction.
Powell earned his EMT Certification, fire science degree and an associate degree from Santa Rosa Junior College in 1995. He completed the Apprentice Program from the California Carpenters Union in 1998.
