People: Tomi Jo Lynch to serve as president of Certified Commercial Investment Members of Northern Nevada chapter

The Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM) of Northern Nevada chapter this month announced its Board of Directors for 2022.
Tomi Jo Lynch, CCIM, Managing Director of Reno’s SVN Gold Dust Commercial Associates, will serve as the chapter President in 2022, according to a Jan. 12 press release.
“Our chapter has experienced solid growth over the last few years. This is a direct reflection of the local real estate market’s health and we are honored to grow CCIM’s presence in Northern Nevada,” Lynch said in a statement. “We look forward to offering a full line up of educational events, scholarship opportunities and mixers throughout the upcoming year and support our members and sponsors in any way we can.”
The CCIM designation represents the global standard for professional achievement, from the CCIM Institute. Headquartered in Chicago, CCIM Institute is one of the largest commercial real estate networks worldwide.
Joining Lynch as 2022 board executives are President Casey Scott, CCIM, Colliers International; President Elect Cindy Santilena, CCIM, Harvest Small Business Finance, LLC; Secretary Todd Collins, Cushman & Wakefield; and Treasurer Zach Fretz, US Bank.
Board directors for 2022 include: Kevin Annis, CCIM, Archcrest; Shelly Dunbar, CommCap Commercial; Amanda Eastwick, CCIM, Colliers International; Gerrit Hillebrand, CCIM, Colliers International; Ryan Johnson, CCIM, Chase Johnson Group; Cory Miller, First American Title; Rodger Stone, Heritage Bank of Nevada; and Emily Weyrick, CCIM, Reno Tahoe Realty Group.
