NOTICE TO CREDITORS
OF THE
EVERELL AND CAROLANN HAYES REVOCABLE TRUST
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, Carolann Hayes, TTEE, is the duly appointed and qualified Trustee of the EVERELL AND CAROLANN HAYES REVOCABLE TRUST, dated May 10, 2013. A Grantor of that trust, Everell Hayes, died on or about August 13, 2022.
A creditor having a claim against the Trust Estate must file their claim with the undersigned at the address given below within ninety (90) days after the first publication of this notice.
A creditor having a claim against the Settlor, Everell Hayes, must file their claim with the undersigned at the address given below within ninety (90) days after the first publication of this notice.
