NOTICE TO CREDITORS
OF THE
MALL FAMILY TRUST
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, Jacquelyn Mall, is the duly appointed and qualified Trustee of the MALL FAMILY TRUST, dated December 04, 2019. The Grantor of that trust, Rolf E. Mall, died on or about November 30, 2022.
A creditor having a claim against the Trust Estate must file their claim with the undersigned at the address given below within ninety (90) days after the first publication of this notice.
A creditor having a claim against the Settlor,
Rolf Mall, must file their claim with the undersigned at the address given below within ninety (90) days after the first publication of this notice.
