Details of the planned development are underway and will be announced in the future.

Foothill Partners is proud to be the catalyst driving the re-imagination of this neglected property, revitalizing it into an urban core and one of the region’s newest destinations.

“Oddie Boulevard has for too long been a collection of failed strip center and vacant big-box stores, and we are very pleased to be a part of bringing Oddie Boulevard into a new and vibrant future, a vibrant part of the emergence of the Reno/Sparks area as a world class community,” said Doug Wiele, Founder of Foothill Partners, Inc.

“The Oddie District has been a work-in-progress with the arts leading the way”, said Nettie Oliverio, Partner and Arts and Culture Director at Foothill Partners, Inc., “We are appreciative of our neighbors, both retail and residential, working with us – the strength of Sparks as a community!”

Confirmed tenants include The Generator, the Innovation Collective, Truckee Meadows Community College’s Theatre Arts Black Box Theater and Coffeebar. An additional 20,000 square feet of tenants are in negotiations at the project.
The Oddie District is expected to open Q1 2024. For more information, https://www.oddiedistrict.com/
