Montane Building Group has completed tenant improvements for Uber Wins.
The project, owned by NevDex Properties, features a new office which includes finish upgrades and a new coffee bar in the reception area. The flooring was replaced in the reception area and breakroom and carpet tile was installed in the open office space and private offices.
Other features include a custom coffee bar with a sink, power for undercounter refrigerators, floating shelves, ornate tile on the wall, and an island for additional seating.
Three booths with a wood slat accent wall are featured in the breakroom. Located at 887 Trademark Drive, suite 201, construction began July.
