Chase International recently added two realtors to its real estate firm.
Tara Coyle joined the team in Zephyr Cove and Jannine Merkyt represents her clients through the Reno office.
As a first-time homebuyer specialist with years of experience in building and flipping homes, Coyle has the background for investors at every level. She built a team of five agents who achieved $40 million in transactions.
Coyle dedicated her time and talents to attain and produce the highest standards in the franchise business as an owner/operator of a McDonald’s restaurant in Northern California.
In that role, Coyle was president of the Women’s Operator Network, on the National Leadership Committee and named Volunteer of the Year for the Ronald McDonald House organization.
As a Reno native, Merkyt has a deep understanding of Reno’s history and its unique neighborhoods. Merkyt’s career has largely been spent working in the nonprofit sector, responsible for leading and securing millions of dollars from private philanthropy. For first-time homeowners to seasoned investors, she finds it gratifying to connect with people and help them begin a new chapter in life.
