Alston Construction begins construction for TRIC building

Alston Construction has announced they have begun construction on TRIC 688 West Building 3 at 775 Innovation Way in Sparks.

At approximately 815,360 square feet, the speculative tilt warehouse/distribution facility will be overseen by Alston Construction and developed by Locus Development Group.

Located 30 miles from Reno and 8 miles from I-80, the project is the first building for the planned 200-acre campus. Additionally, the project will allow for increased economic activity in an underdeveloped area with unused land.

Valued at $47 million, construction is scheduled for completion in January 2024.
