Alston Construction begins work on TRIC West Building 3

Alston Construction has started construction on TRIC 688 West Building 3 at 675 Innovation Way in McCarran.

At approximately 815,360 square feet, the tilt warehouse/distribution facility will be overseen by Alston Construction and developed by Locus Development Group.

Located 30 miles from Reno and eight miles from I-80, the project is the first building for the planned 200-acre campus. Additionally, the project will allow for increased economic activity in an underdeveloped area with unused land.

Valued at $47 million, construction is scheduled for completion in January.
