Basin Street Properties achieves Energy Star premier member designation

Basin Street Properties said 23 buildings received Energy Star certification across the Sacramento and Reno markets, making itself a premier member.

To earn the Energy Star, a commercial building must be independently verified to operate more efficiently than 75 percent of similar properties nationwide.

The Energy Star certification continues Basin Street Properties’ commitment to offer Class A office space that is environmentally friendly.

The certifications follow on 60 EV charging station installations in Petaluma and three solar installation projects implemented in Sacramento, Petaluma, and Santa Rosa.
