WITH FULL AUTHORITY AND FOR FULL

ADMINISTRATION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Ronald

L. Jackson has filed in this Court his Petition

for Probate of Will, for Appointment of

Personal Representative, for Issuance of

Letters Testamentary, for Authorization to

Administer the Estate Under the Independent

Administration of Estates Act with Full

Authority and for Full Administration.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that

a hearing has been set for May 22, 2024,

at 10:00 a.m. in the Probate Division of the

Second Judicial Court, 75 Court Street, Reno,

Nevada. This hearing will be conducted by

conference call only. Any person who wishes

to be heard on this matter shall obtain the

public dial-in-number and Meeting ID by

visiting https://www.washoecourts.com/

Probate, or by calling (775) 328-3100 at least

two days in advance of the hearing.

All interested persons are notified to appear

and show cause why said Petition should not

be approved. Reference is hereby made to the

Petition for further particulars.

The petition requests authority to

administer the estate under the Independent

Administration of Estates Act. This will avoid

the need to obtain court approval for many

actions taken in connection with the estate.

However, before taking certain actions, the

personal representative will be required to

give notice to interested persons unless they

have waived notice or have consented to the

proposed action. Independent administration

authority will be granted unless good cause is

shown why it should not be.

The matter will be approved without

further hearing unless an objection is filed.

You do not need to appear unless you wish

to object.
