NAIOP Northern Nevada names members to Developing Leaders Institute

NAIOP Northern Nevada has announced the class of 2024 for their Developing Leaders Institute. The DLI program assists in preparing its participants for successful careers in the commercial real estate industry by providing educational sessions across a broad range of real estate disciplines, leadership training, and networking sessions.

Designed to grow a peer group of the industry’s future stars and provide access to and training by key decision makers in the Northern Nevada commercial real estate community, the selected program members must practice high standards of professional and personal integrity, as well as demonstrate leadership qualities and capabilities.

The class is composed of four teams. Team one members include Josh Hindo a civil engineer at Kimley-Horn, Christian Stolo an industrial CRE broker at Street Commercial, Taylor Cain CEO of O’Cathain Group, and Thaaron Kalt, CPA, CFE a controller at Allco Construction.

Team two members include Nathan Wilkerson a senior relationship manager and VP at Umpqua Bank, Ashley Bradac a CRE property manager at Tolles Development, Jerek Paszek a project engineer at Agate Construction, and Brandon Travers an appraiser at CBRE.

Team three members include Owen Barlett a project engineer at Devcon Construction, Laine Blackmon a loan officer for NV Capital Corp, Weston Hatten a project manager at Resource Development, and Charlie Easterly a retail CRE broker at Colliers.

Team four members include Zach Boyd, CPA the Founder and CEO of Boyd CPA, Emma Beauchamp a  CRE broker at LOGIC Commercial, Alec West a project manager at Miles Construction, Jason Hallahan an office CRE broker at Colliers, and Devin Kahl who is a director of business development at Kahl Interiors.
