NOTICE OF HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Petitioner,

Douglas C. Brown, has filed a Amended

Petition to Admit Copy of Will to Probate, for

Full Authority to Administer Estate Pursuant

to Independent Administration of Estates Act,

for Appointment of Personal Representative

and for Issuance of Letters Testamentary and

has set the matter for hearing on Wednesday,

April 17, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., in the Probate

Division of the Second Judicial District Court.

This hearing will be conducted by conference

call only any person who wishes to be heard

on this matter shall obtain the public dial-in

number and Meeting ID by visiting https://

www.washoecourts.com/Probate, or by calling

(775) 328-3100 at least two days in advance

of the hearing. The petition requests authority

to administer the estate under the Independent

Administration of Estates Act. This will avoid

the need to obtain court approval for many

actions taken in connection with the estate.

However, before taking certain actions, the

personal representative will be required to

give notice to interested persons unless they

have waived notice or have consented to the

proposed action. Independent administration

authority will be granted unless good cause

is shown why it should not be. The matter will

be approved without further hearing unless an

objection is filed.

Pursuant to NRS 239B.030 the undersigned

does hereby affirm that this document does

not contain the social security number of any

person.
