Notice is hereby given that the undersigned is the duly appointed and qualified trustee of the Maureen Cox Family Trust dated January 24, 2023. On February 29, 2024, Maureen Cox passed away. All creditors having claims against Maureen Cox or the Maureen Cox Family Trust dated January 24, 2023 must file a claim with the undersigned at the address given below within 90 days after the mailing or the date of first publication (as the case may be) of this notice.
