A memorial service for Frances Ball, 78, a Visalia, Calif., resident for the past two years and former Nevada resident, will be at 3 p.m. Saturday, at Walton's Chapel of the Valley.
Mrs. Ball died Oct. 10, 1999, in Visalia. She was born June 9, 1921, in Phoenix, Ariz., to Lawrence and Mary Lenoir Bottorff.
Before moving to Visalia, she had lived in Nevada since 1978.
Among her survivors are her sons, Charles, of Santa Paula, Calif., Ronald, of Upland, Calif., and Larry, of Visalia; brother, Larry Battorff, of Earp, Calif.; 11 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Cremation was in Visalia.
Walton's Chapel of the Valley, Crematory and Cemetery, is in charge of arrangements.
