Estates at Mount Rose in development

Reynen and Bardis Development is developing Estates at Mount Rose, a new housing development in south Reno.

The project is located just off Mount Rose Highway at Callahan Ranch Road and is expected to break ground fall 2003.

It was brokered by Grubb & Ellis|Nevada Commercial Group.

The developer is also making what it calls a sizable contribution to Galena High School's sports program.

The contribution will help Galena with the Grizzly Stadium Improvement Plan, which will consist of building a field house and increasing storage space, expanding the concession stand, improving the press box, upgrading and expanding the seating, in addition to adding an all-weather track surface to the field.
