Edward Badida, Edward Max Baker

Edward Badida and Edward Max Baker have joined the board of directors at Sparks-based Royal Standard Minerals Inc.

increasing the board to six members.

Baker is a Vancouver-based exploration geologist with over 25 years of international experience.

He was previously chief geologist with Newcrest and MIM.

Badida, a chartered accountant, will also function as the company's chief financial officer.

He was previously CFO with Denison Mines Ltd.

and a number of smaller natural resources companies.
