Martha Boyce has been named customer services director at Reno-based Hometown Health, and Bob Farrar has been named information resources director at the health insurance company.
Boyce previously worked at HealthInsight, where she managed the Nevada Medicaid contract.
She also has worked at Oregon Health Sciences University in Portland and Kaiser Permanente in Santa Clara, Calif.
She holds a master's degree in public health administration from the University of San Francisco.
Farrar previously worked for a healthcare software company with operations in Washington, D.C., and Cleveland.
He also has worked for Merck Medco, United Health and Andersen Consulting.
He holds a master's in business administration from Northwestern University.
