Sylvia Baldemor, a legal secretary with Hale Lane in Reno, has been named president of NALS of Washoe County, an association for legal professionals.
A member of the group since 1995, Baldemor has held the positions of recording secretary and vice president.
She joined Hale Lane in August 1993 as a legal secretary.
