A funeral service is pending for Loretta E. Fumarol, a Carson City resident since 1992, age 78, who died in Carson City Feb. 6, 2004. The service will be at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Covina Hills, Calif., followed by burial there.
She was born Jan. 1, 1926, in Fall River, Mass., to John W. Holden and Albertine Valcourt Holden.
She married John R. Fumarol, who preceded her in death in 1996.
Before moving to Carson City, she lived in La Crescenta, Calif.
She was a respiratory therapist in California.
She enjoyed travel, camping and her family and grandchildren.
Her survivors include her son, Michael Fumarol and wife Charlene of Carson City; daughters Sharon Nakamura and husband Henry of Burbank, Calif., and Rosemarie Price and husband Gene of Azusa, Calif.; brother, John Holden of San Jacinto, Calif.; and three grandchildren.
Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
