Tim Rubald, director of Business Development for the Nevada Commission on Economic Development recently passed a three-part examination to earn the designation of certified economic developer.
At NCED, Rubald manages four programs: research, prospect development, incentives, and information technology.
He also has 10 years of experience managing the Laramie, Wyo., Downtown Development District including a National Historic District.
