Doug Elder has been promoted to project manager and estimator in the general engineering division of Sparks-based Q&D Construction Inc.
of Sparks., overseeing subdivision site development work for Bailey & Dutton, Barker Coleman, and Reynen & Bardis.
Elder, who has four years of construction experience, joined Q&D as a project engineer in 2002.
