Roger Ashby has been named executive vice president and northern Nevada regional president for Nevada First Bank, which will open an office in Reno in mid January.
Ashby worked the past four years at Nevada State Bank in Reno as senior vice president of business development/community relations.He has worked for Pioneer Citizens Bank and First Interstate Bank.
He is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno, and the Pacific Coast Banking School.
Ashby is a member of the Reno Downtown Economic Advisory Committee, and serves on the boards ofWestern Industrial Nevada and Pack Paws.
