Construction has started on the 15,000-square-foot Fernley Nugget & Casino. The project, which sits on 2.5 acres at 1190 E. Main St. in Fernley is owned by WCW Corp.
Shaheen Beuchamp Builders LLC of Carson City is the general contractor on the restaurant and casino, which is scheduled for completion this autumn.
Frank Woodliff of Fallon is the architect.
