Thybar plant in operation

Thybar Corp. has started production of custom sheet steel products at a new 35,000-square-foot facility at Tahoe Reno Industrial Center.

The plant is one of four nationwide for the company headquartered at North Canton, Ohio. The Nevada plant is expected to employ 15 to 25 workers.

Thybar products include roof curbs, equipment bases, seismic curbs and prefabricated expansion joint systems.
