Briscola, an Italian concept restaurant, will be opened by chef Charlie Palmer at Grand Sierra Resort in Reno.
Palmer also owns the Charlie Palmer Steak and Fin Fish restaurants at Grand Sierra Resort. Dave Holman will serve as executive chef of the three restaurants.
