Ann Silver has joined Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northern Nevada as operations manager.
Silver previously held positions as director of human resources for the city government in Carson City, as HR director for the Reno Sparks Indian Colony and as general manager of Radio City Music Hall.
She earned a bachelor's degree from Cornell University and a law degree from the University of Notre Dame.
