Carson City

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Tuesday:

• Coroner call in the 1600 block of Airport Road at 8:58 a.m.

• Phone harassment report at 9:15 a.m. on College Parkway.

• Embezzlement report in the 3800 block of South Carson Street at 10:46 a.m.

• Accident at 1:12 p.m. in the 1000 block of Woodside Drive.

• A sand buggy was reported stolen at 7:20 p.m. from the 6600 block of Sierra Vista Drive on Saturday.

• Report at 11:44 p.m. of a man hitting a woman "really hard" in the 100 block of South Carson Meadows Drive. An arrest was made. The man had a .32 blood-alcohol content.

Lyon County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Tuesday:

• Report at 5:48 p.m. of a man with a gunshot wound to the hand on Highway 50 Alternate in Fernley. "This was a misfire while subjects were shooting," the dispatch logs states.
