Louise Marie Zabel, 86, of Mound House died March 5, 2011. She was born Jan. 4, 1925, in Portland, Ore., to Edgar and Alice (Hamby) Slocum. She is survived by her sister Elsie Zabel and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Frances "Frank" Zabel. Autumn Funerals & Cremations is in charge of arrangements.
