JM Discount Liquor, 1501 E. Fifth St., Suite 102, 95 points. The rear exit door had a gap at the bottom. The bagged ice was not labeled with the location and address.
Mom & Pop’s Diner, 224 S. Carson St., 94 points. Wiping cloths in the server area were found without a measurable residual level of sanitizer, corrected on site. Floors and floor mats and walls and ceilings were dirty. A certified food handler was not present.
