Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent unless proved guilty in court:

FRIDAY

3:12 a.m.: A 43-year-old Carson City woman was arrested in the 3300 block of Imperial Drive on suspicion of disorderly conduct and misuse of 911. According to the woman’s arrest report, residents of the apartment complex she lives in complained that she was throwing objects over a balcony and yelling. When the deputy approached, the woman reportedly said she was going to call 911 so their conversation would be recorded. The deputy told her not to; she did anyway and refused at first to hang up. After the deputy handcuffed her, the woman reportedly fell to the floor thrashed, yelling that she was having a seizure. Total bail was set at $2,600.

THURSDAY

11:52 p.m.: A 19-year-old Carson City man was arrested in the 4600 block of Oak Street on suspicion of domestic battery-first offense and felony preventing victim from calling 911. Bail was set at $2,600.

7:46 p.m.: A 43-year-old Orinda, Calif., woman was arrested at the Carson City Jail on a failure-to-appear traffic warrant out of Carson City. Bail was set at $1,050.

9:18 p.m.: A 34-year-old transient was arrested in the 2100 block of East William Street on two failure-to-appear warrants out of Carson City. Total bail was set at $425.

5 p.m.: A 39-year-old Reno man was arrested at the Carson City Jail on a failure-to-appear warrant out of Carson City. Bail was set at $3,000.

1:30 p.m.: A 52-year-old Mound House man was arrested in the 3200 block of Market Street on suspicion of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, as well as on a failure-to-appear warrant. Total bail was set at $2,013.

2:44 a.m.: A 46-year-old Carson City woman was arrested in the 2000 block of West College Parkway on suspicion of violation of a suspended sentence. Bail was set at $1,000. According to the woman’s arrest report, a man reported that he wanted her to leave his apartment, and she refused. She reportedly had a 0.15 blood-alcohol level, in violation of her alternative-sentencing agreement. Bail was set at $1,000.

The Nevada Appeal only names people arrested on suspicion of felonies, violent crimes and DUIs. Carson City Secret Witness will pay up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of people committing crimes. Anyone with information is asked to call 775-322-4900.
