Nevada prison officials say an autopsy will be conducted following the death of a 64-year-old inmate who was being treated for a medical condition at a prison in Carson City.
The state Department of Corrections says Terry Howard Payseno died Friday at the medical facility at Northern Nevada Correctional Center.
Records show that Payseno pleaded guilty in October 2011 in Washoe County District Court to felony driving under the influence and was sentenced to 26 months to 10 years in state prison.
Corrections officials say Payseno had been incarcerated since December 2011.
