Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: Philadelphia cheese steak sandwiches, onions and peppers, baked potato chips, pickled beets, peaches and cookies.

TUESDAY: Chef salad, cottage cheese with fruit, cranberry juice and French bread.

WEDNESDAY: Salmon patties, buns, lettuce and onions, pea salad and ambrosia.

THURSDAY: Chicken stripes with barbecue sauce, California vegetables, fresh grapes and lemon bars.

FRIDAY: Pineapple ham, sweet potatoes, white rolls, blushed pears, cake and ice cream.

Douglas County Senior Center, 1329 Waterloo Lane:

MONDAY: Cheese manicotti, tomatoes, cucumber and red onion salad, Parisian bread, Italian vegetables and assorted ice cream bars.

TUESDAY: Chili relleno casserole, honey lime salad, refried beans, Spanish rice and citrus twist trifle.

WEDNESDAY: Roasted vegetables, broccoli salad, cracked wheat bread and fruited gelatin dessert.

THURSDAY: Pepper steak, brown rice, spinach apple walnut salad, apricot juice and tapioca pudding.

FRIDAY: Minestrone soup, cottage cheese and fresh fruit, chicken tenders and whole wheat crackers.

Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.:

MONDAY: Southwest barbecue chicken burgers, baked beans, carrot sticks and pineapple chunks.

TUESDAY: Hot turkey sandwiches, peas and carrots, tomatoes vinaigrette, fresh orange sections and oatmeal raisin cookies.

WEDNESDAY: Polish sausage, sauerkraut, peas, rye bread, peaches and cookies.

THURSDAY: Cranberry Dijon chicken, rice, carrots, whole wheat bread, margarine and mixed fruit.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 9:30: Baked omelets with ham, eggs, and cheese, blueberry muffins, margarine, grapes V8 and orange juice.

Storey County Senior Citizens Center, corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:

MONDAY: Chicken sausage, macaroni salad and fruit.

TUESDAY: Beef enchiladas, Spanish rice, refried beans and fruit.

WEDNESDAY: Chicken Alfredo, glazed carrots, rolls and salad.

THURSDAY: Swiss steak, baked potatoes, vegetables and bread.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 10-11: French toast, bacon and fruit.

Yerington Senior Center, 117 Tilson Way:

MONDAY: Hot beef sandwiches, mashed potatoes, gravy and Jell-O.

TUESDAY: Loaded cauliflower with bacon, salad, corn bread and cake.

WEDNESDAY: Lasagna, salad, garlic bread and pudding.

THURSDAY: Chicken tenders, Tater Tots, cottage cheese, fresh fruit and sherbet.

FRIDAY: Sausage hash brown breakfast casserole, biscuits, sweet rolls and fruit.
