Katelyn Iris Francoeur and Garrett John Rodgers are planning to wed Oct. 8 in Genoa.
Katelyn is the daughter of Janet Hughes and Stephen Francoeur. She’s a Carson High School graduate of 2008, Truckee Meadows Community College dental assisting graduate of 2010, and Carrington College of Boise, Idaho, dental hygiene graduate of 2013. She works at three dental practices in Reno.
Garrett is the son of John and Lorree Rodgers. A Lewiston Senior High School graduate of 2008 and a University of Idaho graduate of 2014, Garrett graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and is currently working at Granite Construction as a project engineer.
