Basin Street Properties, a real estate investor of commercial and mixed-use properties headquartered in Reno, has acquired 11 office buildings in Petaluma, Calif.
The portfolio is broken into three projects totaling 568,722 square feet with tenants including Amy’s Kitchen, Athleta/Gap, Autodesk, Calix Networks, Clover-Stornetta Farms and Wells Fargo.
