Nevada State Bank recently promoted two colleagues to the role of senior vice president: Jamie Gazza, relationship manager in the bank’s gaming division; and Nabor Torres, sales administrator in the retail division.
“Jamie and Nabor are great examples of the core values we strive to live by at Nevada State Bank every day,” Terry Shirey, President and CEO of Nevada State Bank, said in an April 21 press release. “The entire executive management committee and I are proud to promote these two outstanding individuals to senior vice president and appreciate their dedication to NSB.”
Gazza specializes in the gaming industry, working with public and private gaming companies, Native American casinos, gaming manufacturers and single-property gaming enterprises. She received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from UNLV and has worked at NSB for 10 years.
A lifelong resident of Nevada, Gazza is the current chair of the board of directors for the Nevada Women’s Fund and has volunteered with Opportunity Village, Junior Achievement of Southern Nevada, and Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
Torres joined the bank in 2005 as a teller and worked his way up through banking and operational roles. Torres volunteers with multiple community organizations, including Junior Achievement of Southern Nevada, Las Vegas Rescue Mission and Three Square Las Vegas.
