People: Nevada State Bank promotes Lela Palsgrove to VP role

Nevada State Bank recently promoted Lela Palsgrove to vice president, Professional Banking relationship manager. Professional Banking offers specialized banking for Nevada’s busy professionals.


Palsgrove is a 15-year veteran of Nevada State Bank, having started her career as a teller in March 2006. She most recently held the branch manager position at NSB’s Pebble Market branch in Henderson, according to an April 23 press release.


“Lela is a very talented banker whose leadership helped transform the Pebble Branch – one of our busiest branches,” Raine Shortridge, SVP/Professional Banking Manager, said in a statement. “She is a huge asset to our banking team and I’m excited to welcome her to Professional Banking, where I’m confident she’ll be an excellent and knowledgeable asset for our busy clientele.”


Palsgrove is a 2020 graduate of Leadership Henderson. She volunteers with Junior Achievement of Southern Nevada, Teach Children to Save, Green Our Planet, Las Vegas Rescue Mission, Nevada Reading week, JDRF, and the American Heart Association. She holds a master’s degree in international relations and affairs from Ilia State University.
