Plumas Bank on April 26 announced that Ryan Riggan has been promoted to vice president, credit manager of the small business lending group.
He joined Plumas Bank in 2016 as vice president, small business administration loan officer and has 20 years of banking experience and has been an integral part of the SBA team.
He is responsible for oversight and management of the SBA underwriting team, development of department policies and procedures, and oversees the department’s loan presentations.
Riggan graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno; he majored in business management and minored in marketing. He is currently attending the University of Colorado Graduate School of Banking.
