The Club at ArrowCreek recently hired a director of event sales, Andy Bomberger, CPCE, and a director of food and beverage, Nubbia Greninger. Bomberger is a recognized leader in the meetings and events industry, according to a Sept. 20 press release. In his career, he has worked in special events for Nevada Museum of Art and in hotel sales for Whitney Peak, among other roles.
A Reno native, Bomberger received his degree in Hotel Management from UNLV. He serves as president for the National Association for Catering & Events Reno-Tahoe Chapter and serves on the Reno Philharmonic Board of Trustees.
Greninger developed her passion for hospitality and culinary arts in Lima, Peru, where she was born and raised before moving to the Lake Tahoe area in 2008.
With more than 15 years of experience, Greninger honed her expertise working for companies like Northstar California, Tahoe Restaurant Group and the Ritz Carlton Lake Tahoe. Most recently, she served as director of food and beverage for Tahoe Mountain Club.
Both will help lead the private golf course and country club as it continues to undergo a $50 million renovation project that includes a transformation of the Club’s full-service clubhouse, multiple new dining options and a new meeting and event space, available to rent by the public.
