The Club at ArrowCreek in Reno — which is nearing completion on a $60 million renovation project — announced a series of new hires and promotions, including Amanda Barham to the role of member relations manager. According to a Nov. 9 press release, Barham, a Northern Nevada native, brings four years of sales, marketing and event planning experience. She previously served as a member of the sales and marketing team for Schaffer’s Mill and Lake Club in Truckee and most recently as marketing manager at RedHawk, part of Troon Golf Management.
The Club also announced the hiring of Erin Nichols as food and beverage manager. Nichols brings years of culinary experience having been involved in the expansion of the Peppermill Casino and as mixologist for Tahoe Mountain Club, according to the press release.
Virginia Rash was hired as assistant food and beverage director. Rash has more than 11 years of experience in the industry. She attended The Art Institute of Colorado, attaining her bachelor of arts in Food and Beverage Management and Culinary Arts.
Also announced Nov. 9, former purchasing manager Luis Blanco has been promoted to banquet manager.
