Krch Realty, a Reno-based real estate brokerage, recently announced a new agent ownership program, which it
plans to unveil to agents in all 50 states as part of a nationwide expansion over the next few years.

As part of the program, agents will be invited to own a portion of Krch Realty’s mortgage and escrow companies, thus allowing agents to refer clients to those companies while capturing a percentage share of the profits, according to an Aug. 18 press release from the firm.

Other national and boutique real estate offices offer similar programs; however, profits are typically reserved for shareholders, according to the firm.

The program will would allow real estate agents the opportunity "to build a retirement if they choose or take a passive monthly income," said Kyle Krch, owner and founder of Krch Realty.

"The program not only benefits agents financially but also allows them to serve their clients more professionally,” he said in a statement.
