NOTICE OF HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Petitioner,
DAVID A. MITCHELL, by and through their
undersigned counsel, filed a Verified Petition
To Admit Will To Probate, Appoint Personal
Representative, Issue Letters Testamentary
With Full Authority To Administer Estate
Pursuant To The Independent Administration
Of Estates Act, And For General Administration
for the Estate of the above-named
Decedent. The petition is set to be heard
Wednesday, October 13, 2021, at 10:00
a.m., in the above-entitled Court. You do not
need to appear unless you wish to object.
The hearing will be conducted by conference
call only. The petition requests authority to
administer the estate under the Independent
Administration of Estates Act. This will avoid
the need to obtain court approval for many
actions taken in connection with the estate.
However, before taking certain actions, the
personal representative will be required to
give notice to interested persons unless they
have waived notice or have consented to the
proposed action. Independent administration
authority will be granted unless good cause
is shown why it should not be. Further details

attorney. The matter will be approved
without further hearing unless an objection is
