PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Petitioner,

DOUGLAS PIPITONE AND DANIEL PUZ, by

and through their attorney of record PATRICK

O. KING, Esq., filed with the Court a Verified

Petition To Appoint Personal Representatives,

Issue Letters Of Administration With Full

Authority To Administer Estate Pursuant To

The Independent Administration Of Estates

Act, And For Summary Administration for the

Estate of the above-named Decedent and has

set the matter for hearing on Wednesday,

November 30, 2022, at 1:00 PM., in the

Probate Court, Washoe County Courthouse,

Reno, NV. The petition requests authority to

administer the estate under the Independent

Administration of Estates Act. This will avoid

the need to obtain court approval for many

actions taken in connection with the estate.

However, before taking certain actions, the

personal representative will be required to

give notice to interested persons unless they

have waived notice or have consented to the

proposed action. Independent administration

authority will be granted unless good cause

is shown why it should not be. Further details

attorney. The matter will be approved without

further hearing unless an objection is filed.
