Eric Maiss will serve as Krch Realty’s Division Director Retail, overseeing Krch Realty’s real estate offices in Reno, St. Louis, Birmingham, Cleveland, and Toledo, as well as the company’s lending company, Move Home Mortgage. In his position, Maiss will be the chief architect behind the integration of Krch Realty’s real estate brokerage offices nationwide with the firm’s affiliated companies and agent ownership program.
Maiss became a licensed real estate agent in 2001 in Idaho and Washington and has worked in several different industries including gaming, technology, and fitness before entering the title industry in 2016 with his brother and father.
The trio acquired Title Service & Escrow Company, a boutique firm, founded in 1971 and located in Yerington, Fernley, and Reno, to serve Lyon, Washoe, Storey, and Mineral counties, as well as the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center, home to dozens of companies including Tesla, Blockchains, Switch, and Walmart.
After acquiring Title Service & Escrow Company, Maiss served as the President and Chief Information Officer until 2019 when the company was purchased by Western Title, which has since been acquired by Stewart Title. During that transition, Maiss served as the Vice President of Development. Following the completion of the transition, Maiss became CEO of Sierra Nevada Realtors.
